John West is President/CEO/GM of J&R West of Olean Inc. DBA J&R Auto Complex, J&R Collision, J&R Truck Service and CARQUEST of Olean. John holds many well-deserved accreditation including ARMS (Automobile Repair Management Systems), CARQUEST University Online, G.W Mergers and Acquisitions, George S May International, and NADA University of Dealership Management. John has owned and operated J&R Auto Complex for over 43 years in Olean, NY, and has maintained his loyalty and integrity to both his customers and staff. John resides in Olean, NY with his lovely wife Brenda and together they share 2 daughters, Brittany and Olivia. John is a devout Christian and is a 25 year member of the Pentecostals of Olean.

Ronald A. West - Vice Pres / Division Manager

Ronald West is co-owner and division manager. Ron is I-CAR and ASE certified as well as three-time North-East Towing Champion and a licensed insurance appraiser. He directly oversees the Towing and Collision operations as well as the Rental car department and U-Haul truck rentals. Ron was also the owner of RAW Transportation and has much experience in logistics and transportation. Ron has been a lifelong resident of the Olean area and has two wonderful daughters, Mindy and Rabecca West who also work at J&R. Our staff has been trained and authorized by several insurance companies to directly negotiate your repair to expedite the process.

"Ackah" (right) and "Ellie May" (left) are our mascots and resident friends to all. Their favorite pastime is eating, sleeping, being petted, and eating more. Ackah's Eskimo (Inuktitut) name is Akuluk which means "the Loved One" and Ellie May's is Tiguaak meaning "the Adopted Child."
