John West is President/CEO/GM of J&R West of Olean Inc. DBA J&R Auto, J&R Body, J&R Truck and CARQUEST of Olean. John holds many well deserved accreditation including ARMS(Automobile Repair Management Systems), CARQUEST University Online, G.W Mergers and Acquisitions, George S May International, and NADA University of Dealership Management. John has owned and operated J&R Auto Repair for over 37 years in Olean, NY, and has maintained his loyalty and integrity to both his customers and staff. John resides in Olean, NY with his lovely wife Brenda and together they share 2 daughters, Brittany and Olivia. John is a devout Christian and is a 18 year member of the Pentecostal Church of Olean.

Ron West is co-owner and division manager. Ron is I-CAR and ASE certified as well as three time Towing Champion. He directly oversees the towing and collision operations as well as the Rental car department and U-Haul truck rentals. Ron is also the owner of RAW Transportation. Our staff has been trained and authorized by several insurance companies to directly negotiate your repair to expedite the process.
